Alan Ranger Photography has been an approved Jaguar Land Rover training provider for over a decade — delivering photography courses, workshops and 1-2-1 tuition to JLR employees through the scheme now known as Invest In You (formerly ELS, the Employee Learning Scheme).
A decade as a trusted JLR training partner
Since 2013, Alan Ranger Photography has been an approved supplier on Jaguar Land Rover's employee learning scheme — originally ELS (the Employee Learning Scheme), and today delivered through the rebranded Invest In You catalogue. Over that time, hundreds of JLR employees have used their learning credits to develop creative skills, from first-time camera users to keen photographers refining their craft. In 2025 alone, more than 200 employees attended across 24 different courses and workshops, and around a third came back for more than one session.

Costs more than £100? Use split payments
Your Invest In You credits are worth £100 — and JLR's split payments option means you're not limited to that. For any course over £100 you simply pay the difference yourself, with your £100 credit applied first. So a £150 workshop costs you just £50, and even a multi-day landscape trip can be part-funded by your credits. The table below shows exactly what your credits cover and what you'd pay on top.
