Property shoots start at £150 for a 1-hour session, £350 for 2 hours and £695 for 4 hours, with multi-property and multi-day projects at £1,520 per day. The right option depends on the size of the property and how many spaces need covering — a free 20-minute consultation will give you a clear recommendation and quote.
What areas do you cover?
Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands — including Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Rugby, Nuneaton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull and Birmingham. Travel beyond 15 miles from CV4 is charged at £1 per mile.
How many photos will I get, and how soon?
The number depends on the property and brief — enough to show every key space well. Images are professionally edited and delivered in web-ready and high-resolution folders. Shorter 1–2 hour shoots are usually delivered within 24 hours; larger 4–8 hour shoots within 48–72 hours.
Can I use the images on Rightmove, Booking.com and my own website?
Yes. Images are licensed for your marketing use across listings portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, Booking.com, Airbnb), your own website, brochures and social media.
Do you handle tricky interior lighting and bright windows?
