Booking terms: Payment plans are interest-free and spread over 12 months. Your full credit pot is available once your first payment is made. Plans are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Minimum plan values apply (monthly from £500, quarterly from £1,000, one-off from £1,200), and the higher discounts apply to the quarterly and one-off plans. How does the Pick n Mix payment plan work?
You choose a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription and subscribe from the dropdown. You do not have to decide everything up front. As you book courses, workshops or lessons over the next 12 months, the cost is drawn from your plan and your statement is updated to show the discounted price and remaining balance.
Is the payment plan really interest-free?
Yes. All Pick n Mix payment plans are interest-free, whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually. You are simply spreading the cost of your tuition over time at no extra charge.
What can I spend my plan on?
Your plan can be used across courses, workshops, 1-to-1 lessons, mentoring and support services. You mix and match whatever suits how you want to learn, and book each item when you are ready.
What discounts do the different plans offer?
The monthly plan includes a 10 percent discount on events and services for the year, the quarterly plan a 15 percent discount, and a one-off upfront payment a 20 percent discount. A plan must reach a minimum value to qualify for quarterly or annual payments and the higher discounts.
Can I start booking straight away?
Yes. You can take events or lessons immediately once your plan is set up. After your first payment arrives, Alan will set up your plan and you can begin booking, with a telephone consultation included if you would like one.
Do I need to commit to a set list of courses in advance?
No. You do not have to decide all the events or courses you will do over the next 12 months. Use the prices and table to get an approximate idea, then book as you go. It is advisable to create an account at checkout so you can see your order history and payment profile.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Payment plans are a commitment to your ongoing improvement and are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If you have any questions before committing, please get in touch and Alan will talk you through how the plan works for your situation.
