What do Premium members get from Foundation 101?

Full access to all 60 Foundation 101 modules.

What software or tech do I need?

Zoom and a microphone. Dropbox or WeTransfer is useful for sharing images.

Do I need specific camera gear?

Ideally members should already own a DSLR or mirrorless camera.

What discounts are included?

10% off workshops and courses (applied to pre-sales prices only). Members receive a discount code to use at checkout.

Are refunds or cooling-off periods available?

No. Materials and access are provided immediately upon joining.

Can membership be paused?

In exceptional circumstances, Alan may allow a break in Zoom sessions, but payments continue on schedule.

When does access start?

On the same day as purchase, when materials and codes are issued.

Is there a limit on member numbers?

Not at present, though this may be introduced in future.

Is support available between sessions?

No. Support is only provided during the scheduled Zoom sessions.

What time zones are sessions available in?

All sessions run on UK GMT between 9am and 8pm.

Are there any prerequisites?

No. Anyone can join directly with no prerequisites.

Can membership be purchased as a gift?

Yes. The purchaser provides the participant’s email, name, and their own details.

How do renewals work?

Subscriptions auto-renew after 12 months. Members are notified in advance and can choose to continue or cancel.

Are there additional costs?

No additional costs beyond the membership fee.

What results can members expect in 3–6 months?

Progress depends on individual effort and practice, but most members see significant improvements within 3–6 months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

No, plan changes are not available during the 12-month term.

    What is included each month?

        One Zoom session per month (1 hour) to review images, work through lesson topics, or receive support on photo editing. Sessions can focus on ongoing projects, end goals, or month-to-month troubleshooting.
      
    How do members book their monthly 1-2-1 Zoom?

        Members receive a booking link with a coupon code to bypass payment.
      
    What if a member misses a session?

        Sessions can be rescheduled within the same month if 72 hours’ notice is given, but cannot roll over. Missed sessions are forfeited.
      
    Are sessions recorded?

        Yes, if the member wishes. An AI Meeting Summary is always included.
      
    How does image feedback work?

        Share images via Dropbox or WeTransfer. We’ll review as many as is realistic within the one-hour session.
      
    How do exams and certification work?

        Exams have no time limit and can be retaken. Certificates unlock when a module is passed; after all 15 exams are passed, a Master Certificate is awarded.
      
    How much does Premium cost?

        £60 per month, billed automatically for 12 months.
      
    Is there a minimum term?

        Yes — a 12-month commitment (£900 total). There’s no cancellation option; if payments stop, the full balance becomes due.
