Are corporate headshots photographed at my workplace or in a studio?
Most corporate headshots are photographed on-site at your premises, where I set up lighting for a consistent look across the team. Individual headshots can also be photographed in a small Coventry studio setup.
Can personal portraits and couples portraits be done on location?
Yes. Personal and couples portraits are usually photographed on location or studio-style. On-location sessions normally suit a 2-hour booking to allow for travel, setup and a relaxed flow.
Do you offer graduation photography in Coventry and Warwickshire?
Yes — graduation portraits are photographed on location, including around Warwick University and Coventry University, and can include family groupings and campus shots where appropriate.
Should I book 1, 2 or 3 hours?
A 1-hour session (£150) suits a single individual headshot. 2 hours (£275) suits more setups or scenarios such as personal brand, author, couples or graduation. 3 hours (£425) suits larger shoots or multiple people. If you’re unsure, start with a free consultation.
Do you offer a free consultation before booking?
Yes — a free 20-minute Zoom or phone call to discuss what the images are for, who’s being photographed, the best location and whether 1, 2 or 3 hours is the right fit, so you book the right session first time.
How much travel is included and what are the travel charges?
Travel is included within 15 miles of CV4. Beyond that, travel is charged at £1 per mile, invoiced separately.
What file format are the final images supplied in?
Final edited images are supplied as high-resolution JPG files, ready for use on websites, LinkedIn, print and marketing.
How are the images delivered and what is the turnaround time?
Images are delivered by WeTransfer or on USB. A contact sheet of low-resolution images is sent first for approval; once you’ve signed off, the final high-resolution JPGs are sent. Turnaround is normally within 24 hours for a 1-hour shoot and within 48 hours for 2+ hour shoots.
What is the best way to get started if I’m not sure what I need?
Start with the free 20-minute consultation and I’ll advise on the best session type, location and duration. Please note: arriving more than 20 minutes late means the session is forfeited; sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours beforehand; bookings are non-refundable.
Can you photograph our whole team, and how does booking and payment work for corporate shoots?
Yes — corporate team headshots for 5–50 people are photographed on-site with one consistent look. Start with a free consultation to confirm setup, timing and location. For corporate shoots a 50% deposit reserves the date and time, with the remaining 50% payable on completion — after you’ve approved the contact-sheet thumbnails and before the full high-resolution images are released.
