The beginners Lightroom photo editing classes are aimed at anyone wishing to learn photo editing and photo management with a workflow and consistency
Equipment Needed:
You will need a laptop with Adobe Lightroom Classic subscription and the App installed
How you will learn
Alan will provide you with training Lightroom Library with images and use that to explain and then demonstrate the various tools, methods and processes required to create an effecting photo editing workflow that delivers professional results. You will then have the chance to repeat and learn the topic demonstrated.

For photo editing classes, at least two clients must be booked for that date. Should there be insufficient interest, alternative dates will be offered.
Commitment
Four consecutive weekly evenings for 2 hours each week.
If you can't make one of the weeks, you can attend a future course for the missed week at no extra cost.
If more than one class is missed, a small re-booking fee is required to attend all missed classes.

You will then learn how to edit photos easily and make all the critical adjustments required to export or print your images in various sizes and formats.
In practice, this course will also help you improve your eye for a shot as you become more aware of the improvements that could have been made in the camera.
How you will learn - Beginner photo editing classes
Alan is passionate about photography and is a qualified photography tutor. He will engage you in discussion and be more than willing to answer as many questions as possible.
Alan will explain the jargon and various aspects required to understand your captures better, progress further with composition, and create images that say more than a snap can. Please take five minutes to read My Approach—5 steps to improving your photography.

You will then have the chance to repeat and learn the topic demonstrated.
Alan will explain concepts/topics using hands-on demonstrations, followed by practical break-out sessions to turn theory into practice where applicable.
You will be encouraged to ask questions and engage throughout the night, so come prepared to ask any question you need an answer to.
You will receive comprehensive topic notes to take away and use for future reference.
You will be given weekly assignments to help cement the theory learned and raise any questions/issues the following week with Alan to clarify.
