My Intentions Photography Course is a six month project for those who wish to produce a coherent body of work from conception through to prints and an exhibition.

This exhibition is the result of the work and commitment three clients made starting in February 2018, who embarked on a journey of designing and working on a photographic project. All three bodies of work are unique but share a common thread of representing a personal interpretation of Water, Woodlands and fine leaf/grass textures. Treated with sensitivity and understanding all three clients have demonstrated that they have the technical and creative understanding to combine single thoughts and emotions and weave them into a tapestry of visual delight and mystery.

I’d wholeheartedly encourage you to visit the exhibition throughout January but better still come and meet the photographers and myself at the Private Viewing this Sunday. It’s an opportunity to say hello, view and discuss their work and meet other photographers.

I look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

There is already an Intentions Course underway with three new clients covering:

  • No Fixed Abode - Con McHugh

  • The Dog Owner - Madeline Clark

  • Oil and Water - Janice Jordan

The next Intentions course is scheduled to start September/October 2018 - please get in touch if this is something you would also like to explore. https://www.alanranger.com/photography-courses/ - Just register your interest here:
